"Rob was excellent at listening not only to what I wanted, but also to what I needed, and providing a motorcycle that I would actually enjoy, not just something to make more money. The final sale bill was actually almost exactly what was quoted for the out-the-door price. There were no hidden extra fees. The entire sales staff was helpful with the financing as well. Overall, they were great, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase."

"Your service is awesome. I took my sea-doo in a while back and your employees were the best. This is not an isolated event. I have 6 friends and my father who have outstanding things to say about your service. Your techs are magical who know everything. I had my xp-di in there for only 3 days and your phone updates from your staff were very informative. Your parts are priced right, the employees are extremely intelligent, and your managers are professional. My friends/family along with myself will always shop there. "This is the very first time I have ever provided feedback to a retailer. Last year I purchased one of the spring tune up packages for both my Yamaha 426 and my son's PW80. It was an expensive way to start the season but the MOST worthwhile investment.
The prior two seasons I constantly struggled to start my 426 on the trail and endured the abuse from my riding buddies and the pain in my lower back from so many cranks.
After K&W completed the spring tune up on my bike I had a GREAT year starting the bike. Even my riding buddies couldn't argue that my bike was performed totally different starting on a quick and consistent basis.
My son's bike also performed very well last season. He had no problems starting his last year either.
Guess what I'm doing tomorrow??? Taking my 426 back in for a spring tune up. I am 100% satisfied, non compensated, endorser. "

"Now I am not one to take the time to fill out a survey, but I just had to express what a fantastic dealership K&W really is. This spring I need tires for my sport bike. I called the dealership where I bought the bike, and they explained to me that they did not carry the brand tires I wanted. Also, they could not service the bike for another week. So, I called K&W, on a Saturday no less. They had the tires in stock, so I brought the bike in and they replaced the old tires within an hour. I was completely impressed with the service, especially because the bike was a Honda. After this experience, I figured my next bike purchase would come from K&W. Well, a month later my Honda was totaled, and after some negotiating with my wife, I was ready for a new bike. I fill out the online financing on K&W website one night. The next day I get a call from Todd. He says come down and pick out your color. I stop by at lunch time, pick out the color, and fill out some paperwork. By 5:00 pm that day, I’m off on my new bike. About the best comment I can make is they now have another customer for life."

" My wife and I stopped in at K & W Cycle to look at several different manufacutures motorcycles. Our plan was to deside on a motorcycle style and manufacturer and look online for the best deal. After meeting Todd the sales-person at K & W things changed drastically to the "plan". First of all we could not get over the kindness and professionalisum show by all of the staff at the dealership. Todd was eager to answer all questions ask by both my wife and I. At no time did we feel that he was not intrested in us. My wife has been in sales for many years and remarked as to the way the staff treated us throughout the experience, it was a pleasure. We feel in love with a Victory Kingpin K & W had on the floor. The motorcycle was placed on Hold to give us time to arrange our financing, they helped with the insurance,ordered helments and accessories and Dave in the Service Department did and excelent job in preping the motorcycle. I know that riding the motorcycle will be more fun than buying it, so it looks like my wife and I are in for a Great Time thanks to the staff at K & W Cycle......"

"After 20 years of not having a street bike, I decided one was long past due. I had my choice down to a couple of different bikes, but I needed to see them and talk to a dealer about the product, finance, service, etc. After several frustrating attempts at a couple of the area's other "dealers", I happened to find K&W.
